Gilford Mill is located in the small village of Gilford, Co.Down in Northern Ireland.  It was once a linen mill which use to employ 15,000 workers, closing its doors for good in 1986.

In 2021 The Karl Group submitted their planning permission for the redevelopment of the mill to include apartments, garden centre and restaurant. They hope to develop the site in an organic way.

Clifford hopes to document the renewal of this mill over the coming year, turning what was once a brown site and blot on the landscape into a thriving hub for the local community.
